Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products listed on our store.
All products are subject to the exchange and return policy, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition and packaging at the time of purchase.
Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
Kindly send a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described — and we will replace it accordingly.
A full refund will be issued if the received product is completely different from the description on our product page.
We are not responsible for any personal expectations regarding the product’s use that were not mentioned on our product page.
